where to send the supporting documents for spouse visa

Hello, please I need help with this

I applied through visa4uk website in Egypt. I had my biometric appointment in the TLScontact center in Alexandria, Egypt on the 25th.
on the appointment they told me that I can't scan my documents there and I should send all the documents by DHL to Sheffield,
but on the website of TLSContact I found this

and I dont even have account on the TLScontact because its broken and it doesnt let me to register so I don't know how should I book appointment to scan the documents.
I called the ukvi and spent more the 50 pounds on their call and they couldnt tell me anything, they said get back to the TLScontact and the TLScontact never respond to the emails.
I don't know what to do now??
