Limit on applying spouse visa.

Did UKIV put any limit on how many times a person can apply spouse visa, if it gets refused?
For example if someone gets refused twice in 1 year, would he/she be able to apply a new visa in couple of months time? Or have to wait for a year or years?

People are only banned if they use f a k e docs, deception or withhold material facts or have a history if making numerous frivolous and vexatious applications.

A refusal for not meeting the requirements does not attract a ban.
