November (4payslips) = £4015

January (3 payslips ) =£ 2530
February ( 4 payslips ) = £2836
March (2payslips ) =£1686

Since your wages are varying so you will be a non-salaried person under category A. For this purpose you will have to attach the pay slips and corresponding bank statements of the last 26 weeks. If you haven't got 1-2 weeks payslips in few months due to not working then you must provide them the reason and your employer letter must confirm that. Your wages figures are sufficient to meet the financial requirement.

That unpaid holidays must be mentioned in employer letter because HO has no discretion if the payslips will not cover continuously the last 26 weeks/6 months.

Doesn't you got paid annual leave for those 4 weeks?
Zero hour contract is absolutely acceptable as long as the sponsor is earning sufficiently. And HO has no discretion over meeting the financial requirement & its document where you have to supply 6 months/26 weeks of payslips and 6 months of corresponding bank statements by not even short by 1 day.

You need 26 weeks payslips.

Still your wages wont meet the financial requirement unless you have 6 months old cash savings.

The 22 weeks payslips should be fine to submit; no issue.

What is required is that they cover the 26 weeks period and that the employment is continuous for that period; not necessarily that there has to be 26 payslips. So you can't be penalised for the period you didn't get paid for being off work.

In as far as the total taxable amount from those payslips is not less than £9300, you will be fine on this ground.

All the best.

26 weeks payslips are mandatory even few of them empty as many employers still issue them even you haven't worked but still employed.

For category B payslips must cover the period of last 12 months. Payslips aren't counted in numbers.

Just to be certain ,tho i work with my current employer for less than a year but more than 6mths,but for 6mths(26weeks) i only have 22wks payslips consecutively cos of holidays,i am wondering if i can add my former employer payslips and my current payslips and apply under cat B,i earned ovet 35k between the 2 jobs in the last 12mths,tho misses couple of weeks work without pay but still earned more than 35k within 12mths.can i apply under category B since i cant apply under category A as i am 4payslip short to 26weeks payslip.thank you all in advance

You have already been advised. For category B either you will be needed the same missing payslips. Maybe if your employer write a letter about it might work but still it will be risky. Also you cannot use your payslips older than 1 year for category B even you could have met the financial requirement before to one year.
