Hi
I am filling the ILR application (TIER 2 route), there is a document which is required to submit with the application mentioned in the checklist that I am unsure about. It says,
"Evidence of Miss . .. . immigration status in the UK".
Is it the current BRP that they are referring to?
Looking forward to your answers.
Thanks

I would have appreciated if query was answered instead of igniting interrogation.
Yes I applied for citizenship however ILR application is for my wife.

Of course it is. Simply state who you are asking for or on behalf of if it is not your own queries/application.
Most members look at users previous posts to understand the history!!!

Thanks.
Back to the original question, would you know what document we need to submit? On the checklist it says "Evidence of Miss . .. . immigration status in the UK".

Hi
I am asking on behalf of my partner who has ILR Set O appointment day after tomorrow. Question is, do we really need to attach proof of address as a supporting document, it does not say on the documents checklist.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks.

Then no, proof of address is not required. Submit only what the checklist asks for.
