Tier 1 Ent. PBS dependent application for ILR

Post by Basel_AH » Tue Jul 02, 2019 12:07 pm

Hi all,

I thankfully received my settlement in mid June after 5 years as Tier 1 entrepreneur and my wife has been with me as a dependent on the route since I entered it.

Now she applied with the Set(O) form but we got a bit confused because it did not request my proof of settlement nor any cohabitation documents.

Any advice on these two points?

Thank you,
Basel

In the immigration rules. You have to prove subsisting relationship and within the UK, that is evidence of cohabitation for the last two years.

Members who have not submitted this have reported being asked to submit and it delayed their application.

OK I see, I was just looking at the check list that my wife got when she applied.

What about payslips and bank statements? I saw that they were required in the previous SET O print application.

Also birth certificates of children born in the UK?

Thanks a lot for the help.

As cohabitation proofs, I am aware that we can include mainly utility bills, GP and council tax but what about letters from the Home Office itself or my children's nursery? Would they work at all?

We are having a hard time finding letters in my wife's name because all the bills are in my name!
