Yes, counted from the date you entered the UK 10 years ago

Yes I’ve already applied but they’ve refused it. One point of refusal was, I had one application rejected as invalid due to missing photographs back in 2015. They said my 3C is broken. I thought I could use one grace period. Can I not?

What is your full UK immigration history including all relevant dates and visa categories?

What basis of ilr was refused and what was the wording in the letter?

10 years ilr will fail if you do not have 10 years legal residence.
