ILR Approved, but BRP not received - Possible reason

Dear members,
My business partner applied for SET(O) ILR which has been approved 10 days ago, but he is still waiting on his BRP. I checked in the time line thread, couple of members mentioned they received BRPs with 1-2 days after approval letter.
Just wondering if any one else in same situation or just him. He waited exactly 6 months for application processing now waiting for BRP... what a pain... his travel plans are on hold for few months already. Can any one please let me know will there be any known reasons for delays.

The standard timeframe for BRP's is within 7-10 working days for delivery.

He can contact DX couriers to find out if they have a delivery for him or not.
