Tier2 General travel with Tier2 ICT dependent to UK

My wife got the Tier 2 general visa and my daughter has Tier2 ICT dependent chil visa(dependent on father's visa).
Can tier2 General (mother) travel with Tier2 ICT child dependent (daughter) ? If yes what are all the documents needed for travel to UK ?

Thanks for many information related to Immigration ,it really help all of us .
My wife has switch from the Tier2 ICT dependent partner to Tier 2 general visa(main applicant) and my daughter has not changed she is still Tier2 ICT dependent child visa(dependent on my ICT visa).now They are in india.
Can tier2 General (mother) travel with Tier2 ICT dependent child(daughter) to UK ? If yes what are all the documents needed for that ?

Really appreciate and thanks for your quick reply..just worry about ..they should not asked why child and mother are on different visa .As i am not travelling with them .
