Tier 2 change of Sponser

Hi All,

I'm presently on a tier 2 General Sponsorship Visa since August 2016, a new employer want to sponsor me on a Tier 2, please can you advice which form to complete. I can only see Switch to Tier 2 or Extend on Tier 2, but I do not fall into any of these categories.

Will my new sponsor issue me normal CoS or do they have to specify Change of Employment on the new CoS.

Likely extend but change of employer. Many members have posted about but can't remember what they stated.

They issue you a normal UCoS once RLMT etc has been completed.

CR001 is correct, it is the extend.

This is your extension application with new employer. Hope this helps.
