You have a BC (meaning you are part of EEA), but you obviously do not have a residency card. Your wife is non-EEA, isn't she?ariskar wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 9:51 amAre you either:
*An EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence document
*A family member of an EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence card
Yes / No
My wife is applying.
I am an EEA/EU national who has been issued with a permanent residence document EEA(PR) and then became BC.
My wife holds ILR under UK immigration rules, she was never my dependent and holds nothing from Appendix(EU).
Technically she is: a family member of an EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence card
But she is not: a family member of an EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence card
What should she answer in the online naturalisation application form?
I have a permanent residence certificate issued by UK based on my EEA nationality and 5 years of continuous residence.guru1s wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:57 amYou have a BC (meaning you are part of EEA), but you obviously do not have a residency card. I think you should answer no.
