Previouos earning, 12 month

Post by vtar_33 » Mon Jul 07, 2008 9:28 am

Can anybody share your thoughts on the problem i feel some of you have gone through.

I am contemplating application to Tier-1 in the month of November. However @ the Time of application i will have sufficient income to claim 45 points between march 2008 to October 2008. Since i was changing the job & location between november 2007 to feb 2008 i will not be able to show any proof for this duration.

Will there be a problem for the gap in 3+ months?

In the document:
http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... yguide.pdf
82. An applicant does not have to be in continuous
or full-time employment during the 12 months being
assessed.
83. An applicant may claim for a period of earnings
of less than 12 months if they have earned sufficient
funds to claim the necessary points.
Reading the guidance notes thoroughly will help.
