I am currently working on Tier 2 general visa in UK and my ILR is due in January 2020.
Currently I have come across a difficult situation. My daughter has been diagnosed with a life threatening disease last month and is undergoing treatment in UK hospital.My Employer has decided to approve paid Compassionate leave for 6 months where I will be getting my full basic salary( basic salary is above minimum threshold required for ILR)
Could you please confirm whether I would need to disclose about paid Compassionate leave to Home Office while applying for ILR even if salary is paid in full?Can this result in any issue regarding mine and my daughter’s ILR application?
Any response regarding my query will be greatly appreciated.
