My wife is on Tier2 PBS dependent visa valid until July 2020. can she stay on same visa while I'm applying for ILR?
No. Note that 'ILR Dependent visa' is a completely different visa category and will reset your wifes qualifying time for ILR to zero if you switch visas.do I have to tell UKVI that I will apply later for my wife's ILR dependent visa in cover letter?
You are free to change jobs once you have ILR. It has NO effect on your spouse's PBS Dependent visa, current or extension. She is dependent on YOU, not your tier 2 sponsor.
Hi, I saw one of your queries in the forums was in relation to your old IELTS taken in 2014 that you were intending to use for your ILR application. I also saw you got your ILR approved (congrats!) Could you please let me know if you ended up using the 2014 IELTS certificate? or did you take a new IELTS for UKVI test? Would appreciate you response please. thanks!
