Cash in hand

Post by Manishaaa_uk » Wed Jul 10, 2019 12:01 pm

Hi I was just wondering if anyone could help me or has been in a similar situation as me,
I’m a British citizen and my husband he lives in India we got married in October 2018.
I have an employment job where I have been working with them for over 1year and 6 months my gross salary with them is £9,780.00 I have an side job aswell where I will provide services to my clients houses (just to mention I’m a hairdresser) I have been doing that for about a year also, in the year I’ve gathered £9,069.00 in cash which I have saved up in a safe box in my house, My accountant has filed up my tax returns which are due to be paid in January 2020.
My issue is I have not banked this cash. I want to apply for a spouse visa to call my husband over, just to mention I’m also 37 weeks pregnant, due to give birth in 2 weeks or soon.
If I bank the cash now will that be okay or do I not stand a chance for the spouse visa application.

If anyone could help will be great
Thanks

All none-deposited cash income wont be considered. Is that income of £9780 per year/ aggregation of 6 months and does it come/deposited into bank??

Based on your circumstances you cannot meet the financial requirement because your income is extremely low and all unbanked cash income wont be counted. Also your savings are too low because the first £16000 of cash savings is usually be excluded from the calculations.
