Overdraft bank statments

Hi to every one, I am in my second period of spouse visa,I will apply for ILR next year.My wife which is my sponsor is self employed.I am not working.Her income is over £18600 but most of her bank statments are overdraft.Does this has affect on my ILR next year.Thank you.
