Job Offer from Umbrella Company urgent help needed

Hi All,

I am from India, I have a valid HSMP(under system prior to April 2008) visa, I got an job offer from an umbrella company (Say X). I will appreciate if answer to following queries can be provided.

My Profile : IT (Developer) .NET
Experience : 4 Years
Domain : 2 Years in Banking.
Offer amounting to 30000 GBP
Bound period with X : 1 Year
Queries:

1.It is advisable to get in agreement with such companies/consultants?

2.What all point (clarification) should I keep in mind before entering in any sort of contract?

3.Comments about amount offered (I don’t have any UK work exp)

4.Suggestion/clarifications/questions I should ask them in order to save my self from landing in trouble

Any suggestions apart from above-mentioned ones are welcomed
