Maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave on Set (O) form

Post by curiousja » Fri Jul 12, 2019 6:42 pm

Please suggest does it mean currently you are on paternity leave? or you have to mention the paternal leave that you took in past?

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm also filling out the Set(O) form currently and do not remember coming across such a question! Can you give me the Section num/Question num. so that I can check if I'm missing this question unknowingly! thanks

It is under Application-->Your home and finances-->Are you on maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave?

The question is in the present tense, it is not asking about a past event.

English requirement for ILR, B1 test?

Post by curiousja » Fri Jul 12, 2019 10:52 pm

Hello

I want to apply for my wife’s ILR, please suggest for her English requirement, passing IELTS Life Skills – B1 Speaking and Listening is sufficient for the ILR application or she needs to give any other test?

If so, then please suggest when I’m choosing the location for the test, it shows for example Belfast-computer delivered IELTS and other one only says Belfast.

I would be grateful if anybody can suggest what is the difference between the two? And which one is to choose for ILR. I found only the dates for later one is available.

Thanks!
