Is it ok to mention family mention family presence in UK for Tier 4

Hi there,

My sister is coming to the UK to do her masters and she will be staying with us in our home. There are two questions

Do you have any family in the UK? (Required)
This includes:

immediate family - such as spouse, civil partner, parents or children
grandparents or grandchildren
your spouse or civil partner's family
your child's spouse, civil partner or partner
your partner, if you have lived with them for 2 out of the last 3 years

Should I say yes and mention me as the family and relationship? Subsequently, it's asking for mine and my spouse's passports, if she would stay with us and our address.

Should we mention our details or ignore as siblings are not included as an immediate family in the list above. The reason I am asking is that would that pose problem to her application under the assumption she might be coming here to permanently settle with us which is not the case. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

In my own case I told them I have family in the UK but I am not living with them I gave them their address

Thanks for your reply! that's great...I assume that you had no issues with your visa application, I might mention the same if there wouldn't be any issues.

Application was successful .. I mentioned my brother's name and address and made it clear I won't be Living with them.
