FLR(FP) second extension; English language required or not

Hello
One of my friend is applying his second extension of his leave to remain aa he is on partner 10 years route. Please advise do he needs to do any English language test A1 or A2? As the online form is very confusing and its asking for English language test details! He came to UK on spouse visa and then when he applied for extension, he did not met financial requirements so HO granted him leave to remain and put him 10 years partner route as he has a British Child.
Please advise.

Tell your friend to become the member of board and ask his/her questions himself. Anyways no English language test will be needed.
