Submitted Set(M)

Post by shriakhilesh » Mon Jun 03, 2019 4:20 pm

Hi,

I have submitted Set M form online on 24/05/2019, Uploaded all docs on 27/05/2019 and have got UKVCAS Free standard appointment at Croydon on 12th June.

Can Someone let me know how log does it take for Approval and to receive BRP (ILR) through standard service? I have to plan travel within 3-4 months time and was wondering how long does it take these days ILR Set M approvals.

Thanks

How do you qualify for ILR on form SET M when it appears from your previous posts you hold a tier 2 dependent visa??? You should have applied on form SET O!!

This application is for my wife who has been on PBS dependant visa for 5 years now. I am British citizen now.

I can't find any thread for ILR Set M standard service timelines in 2019 (found one for Super Priority which is very indicative of expected timelines).

Your wife DOES NOT qualify for ILR on SET(M). It will be refused.

She should have applied on SET(O) if she holds a PBS Dependent visa!!

You are right. I have appllied with this application : https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-o

so it is Set O.

But do we know what are the timelines these days for standard service in Croydon. I have uploaded all documents on Sopra Steria and attended biometrics on 12 June.

Yes I know it says upto 6 months but I wanted to check if we know how much actually it is taking these days.

I submitted application online with documents uploaded to Sopra Steria on 28-may-2019 and Biometrics done on 12-Jun-2019.

have not received any communication / letters after that ...

We are panning to travel out of UK in November so anxious to know if we can expect it by then...
