ILR application points based on PhD

Does the new online system have a section to write about qualifications ? I know the set (o) Tier 2 paper application has a section to talk about qualifications. I did not come across that while using the online system. Where can I mention I have a PhD degree from EU and a Master's from UK. Should I just upload my degree certificates in UKVCAS instead ?

HO isn't interested in what your qualifications are.

If you use your UK degree to meet the English language requirement, you simply tick the appropriate box.
