Can I withdraw my application after Biometrics?

Hi, thanks for your help in advance.

I originally applied standard FLR (M) from Tier 4. My Tier 4 does not expire until next year. I instantly regretted not paying for Super Priority and now this wait is taking toll on my health everyday.

I don't care about the money, but I don't want to jeopardize my application. So can I do it?

In summary:

My current leave does not expire for a while
I want to withdraw my application having already gone to UKVCAS biometric appointment
I don't care about financial loss
Can I do it and submit a new application?
