ILR and baby due same time

Please help me dear friends.
I am due to deliver my baby any time now.
These are the dates and how I plan to proceed.
Please let me know if I am following the timelines right.
Visa type: T2 general
Visa valid from: 13 Aug 2014
Visa valid to: 14 Aug 2019
Date first entered UK: 25 Aug 2014
Date planning to submit online application: 16 July 2019
Date of biometrics: 17 July 2019 (hoping to get this date)

We have the application filled out already and all the documents ready. Just waiting to submit.

What is your partner’s/husband’s immigration status?

Incase your husband/partner does not have ILR:

If your baby is born AFTER you get ILR, baby will be British by Birth.

If baby is born BEFORE (even 1 day before) you get ILR you will have to register your baby as BC which will cost £1330 +.

So its best you go for super priority or even if you have to get a paid appointment. £800 plus appointment fee and hope you get your ILR before baby’s birth. Good luck.

Note: The date of application is the day you submit online. Do NOT hit the submit button before 16th July 2019.

He is on dependent visa with issue date 17 Sep 2014 and expiry date same as mine 14 Aug 2019. He plans to apply for ILR on 14 Aug 2019 (that is submit the application form online) so that he has an active application after visa expiry. However he would book for biometrics date only 28 days before his visa issue date. Hope this is the right way.

I hope you get your ILR before the baby.

Your husband has to complete 5 years minus 28 days.
He does not qualify on 14th Aug 2019 (date of online submission is application date NOT biometrics date). As per my understanding he would have to apply for an extension before his current visa expiry and then vary to ILR on after 20th Aug 2019.

Wait for CR001 or any moderator to confirm this.
