Im sure everybody knows this already but I've seen some comments that suggest people don't understand this.
What did your local MP's office say? Because I believe they can step in to help in this matter.Faizanhakim wrote: ↑Fri Jul 19, 2019 11:49 amOh believe me some that almost every other day escalated to quality management team who said they have designated my case to senior case worker since 6 th July after that getting frustrated contacted and asked to speak with complaint department they said they are doing is verification which is the longest part and can take up to 10 days it’s 12 day after sending them my original passport and no response

Anyone else here from Argentina? We might be asked to provide a more up to date (submitted a 10 year old translated copy of the marriage certificate), apostilled marriage certificate. Do we have to go to the embassy in London for it or can we deal with that via post?
I am almost same as your time line.
I think you can. It is either you link your application to hers or provide evidence of her residence in the UK. You might want to read again on gov.uk, I think it is quite clear there about your eligibility and docs needed to apply.odew wrote: ↑Sat Jul 20, 2019 12:51 pmHi Guys,
I have followed this thread for a little while and it has equipped me with some information. I do have a question. I have been in a relationship with my EEA wife for about 9 years and we moved to the UK 6 years ago. We are currently going through some relationship turmoil and she's planning to leave the UK for good 2020 when her job contract expires and this has made her decided not to apply for the EU Settled Status.
My question can i apply for Settled status without her applying? Getting all supporting documents from her is not a problem but i have read that i need to provide her application reference number and this is what is making me confused. Do i need her application reference number ?
Please, i would like if someone in my shoes or had gone through same could provide how they went about it as i would love to remain here and keep my job when we finally end our relationship.
Thanks
OD

I hope I get settle stattus, do they charge to transfer visa from biometric to passport,, cannot wait for that time to come in my life..
Should I call them if I don't, hear from them by 25. July.
My biometric done on 12.July,
I called them on 18 July., they said they have received my bio metric..
Please guide..
This forum is great...
I am pretty much sure you will get settled status. Just wait.
And when you will get a new passport. Just inform HO to update there record. As BRC and status are connected to your passport with which you have given biometric.
Good luck.

She is non eu but married to her husband with British Child ( her husband has limited leave to remain in the uk) the British child stays with them. Is she qualify for the eu settlement scheme? Thank you for your swift response.
