1 page FPS showing when Employee A joined – the employee has been on the payroll since before T1 ent extension. The 1 page FPS which shows the start a date of May 2016 when the employee joined and has not left since.

Also note its 2 FT jobs you need which existed 12 months each, make sure you have 2 FT jobs not employees.

Thanks. I have 2 two full time jobs. Both are customer service advisors.

Regarding what i have missed,

is this just the Employee role /job description and Directors role /job description?

Make sure you distinguish customer service advisors as 1 and 2, so it’s easy for CW they are different roles

Dont you think OP should have TWO different job titles? Seems like OP has two employees both customer advisors so its ONE job??

Perhaps not:
1.If OP’s business justifies the need of two positions holding the same title.
2. Two employees worked simultaneously performing atleast 30hrs per week each.
