Applying for spouse visa under carer's allowance route

Post by uk1984 » Wed Mar 27, 2019 3:55 pm

Hello please help as I have received conflicting advice from immigration lawyers!

I am applying for a spouse visa under the Carer's Allowance route. I am doing some part-time to met the adequate maintenance requirement. I am aware of the A-B = >_ C formulae.

Could someone please clarify if I still need 6 months payslips?? Or would 2-3 months payslips suffice?

Also, as I live with parents would 'B' be £0.00??

Also, isn’t standard service 60 working days? You shouldn’t expect an answer this week if its the 47th working day tomorrow for you

Not really no, it shouldn’t be a problem in sha allah. If it was then my solicitor would’ve made me wait

I called ukvi on wednesday and they said the decision was made on 19 july which was the 24th working day. My husband got a text yesterday saying his visas been processed and everything will be delivered to his address as we chose the courier option. Just waiting for the parcel to arrive. In sha allah your husband has got the visa, do let me know!

I don’t know it depends on what speed courier service they chose to use. I was hoping for today as they posted it yesterday I’m assuming. But in sha allah by monday.
