Unaudited Accounts

Hi,

I am British, wife is Vietnamese. I am self employed and we applied for spouse visa. I recall reading when applying for a spouse visa, that if the tax return is less than 1 month old, it is not necessary to also provide unaudited accounts for the last tax year? Is this so? Or am I dreaming. I can't find the place I think I read this fact, so if I am not mistaken, and you know where it is hiding please let me know.

Self employed has specific requirements. All stated in Appendix 1.7.
