Witness Statements Requirement for ILR Changes !!

I am not sure if this is already posted here!!

HSMP Forum need witness statements from those who are affected by the
April 2006 change in ILR qualifying criteria from 4 to 5 years of stay. We need witness statements from all possible categories e.g. those who got ILR refusals, those who are to file for ILR, those who left the country due to ILR changes, those who got their ILR but have encountered severe hardships in the process due to the changes etc.,

What I understand is HSMP Forum need sufficient 'Witness Statements' so that they can proceed with their fight against Home Office changes regarding 'ILR 4-5 year changes'.

Unless HSMP Forum receives sufficient 'Witness Statements' from the people affected by 'ILR 4-5 years' changes, it is difficult for HSMP Forum to argue against the ILR changes with Home Office.
