Wife visa from tier 2 dependent to ILR dependent

I got my ILR from tier 2 general
My wife was my tier 2 dependent and her visa expires end of august. Since i am ILR holder now, what form should i use to get her visa extended and what visa will it be?

Extend her tier 2 dependent visa. It will be a 3 year extension.

You must meet the £630 maintenance funds for 90 days in either of your bank accounts.

Also, do NOT change her visa category. She has to complete 5 years on PBS dependent visa to be eligible for ILR even though you have ILR now. If you change her category, her ILR clock will reset to zero. Do as advised above by CR001.

Yes, £1200 for a 3 year extension.

Her current visa expires on 31-08-2019.
And i have applied showing that my current
COS (as it asked for it in the form) is valid till 31-08-2022 had to pay £1400 for ihs maybe cause its a bit more than 3 years.
It asked for COS expiry date but i have ILR now so i dont know how it works.

In visa category for main applicant it had two options
Tier 2 and Tier 2 shortage occupation i wasnt sure which one to select.

You should have out your ilr expiry date as 3 years from now.

There was no such option like ILR expiry on the form

On the documents side they only asked for bank statements showing funds and nothing else.

I remember on the first application i had to give proof of subsisting relationship and what not is that not needed for PBS extensions?

You need to submit evidence of cohabitation to prove subsisting relationship for at least the last 2 years. It needs to be from 3 different sources in joint names or 6 different sources addressed individually. All items should be spread evenly over the 2 years, i.e. every 3 to 4 months.

She only came here in feb 2019 so i will not have 2 years worth of history.
