Tier 2 ICT URGENT Querry

I had a Tier 2 ICT visa which started from 1st July 2016 and expired on 1st July 2019 - first three years, due to some urgent situation i had to come back to india around 20th June 2019 and my visa expired.

Is it possible to get my 2 year extn filed from India, or has my cool off period started, i am a bit confused, as different people are saying different things.

Sorry mate. Your cooling period has already kicked off.
You cant apply for extension. Ideally you must have applied for extension around May 2019 from UK and must have not traveled out of UK before a decision.

Now your ICT has expired and already you are in cooling period.
