Apply again EUSS Family Permit

Hi all
My non-EEA uncle has got a EUSS Family Permit for 6 months to expire on Dec 2019
as his son is an EU National.
After expiry of this current Family Permit, He will need to visit again to his son and his family.

***Can my uncle able to apply again EUSS Family Permit for the second time or as many time as
Does he require in the future?

***Please, note that my uncle does not want to apply for pre-settled status as he needs to go back to look after his family and has some family burdens. So, he can not able to stay in the UK continuously at least 4/5 months in a year, but he will need to visit his son for some time.
