Regarding FLR M Second Extension

Hi My wife visa Will expire on 14th of June 2019.I have some question if you can help me

1.What is the earliest she can apply for extension?
2.If i apply now will it be short fall of 5 years?
3.As i am preparing to submit online application on 3rd of June as i am planning to use the service centre want to know do i need to submit all the paper works before 14th of june.I am worried because some times to find appointment can be longer.I will will be grateful if you can advise me on this

1. She should apply no sooner than within 28 days before reaching 30 months residence.

2. Possibly.

3. Date of application is the date of online submission and payment and not your appointment date.

1. Depends on how long you have till your UKCVAS biometrics appointment.

2.what is the good option to upload the documents.is there any advantage of uploading documents with them incase if i make mistakes
On uploading

3.As her Visa running out on 14th of june and if i manage to get appointment after can it be any issue?

1. It depends entirely on the service you choose and your location in the UK.

2. It really depends on #1 above and if you have a few hours spare to wait for them to do it and potentially miss things. UKCVAS Sopra is a third party agent, they are NOT home office caseworkers or staff.

3. Should be fine.

Hi i had an appointment with ukvcas yeasterday for submission documents.I managed to submit as i use their scanned facilities.some of the documents they refuse to take it such as my son birth certificate,Photos of living together also they scan one side of nikah nama document check list As i saw on ukvcas website still showing upload file after submission.

1.would i be able to upload any more documents as i have concern if the application refused

Please let me know

Thanks As i was concerned about their requirements of scanning dpi and size thats why
I brought their scanning services.they didnt take my son birth certificate also on my last salary was paid 31st aplied on 3rd couldnt give them the last statement but gave online one for last 15 days.As i have original one in my hand
