Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Dependent

Hi

I am currently in Tier 2 ICT and my visa is coming to an end by 10th August 2019

My wife has got Tier 2 Dependent visa and her visa start date is 2nd August and her start date in COS is 17th August.

Could you please let me know if I can apply for the dependent visa from UK before her joining date? Will the joining date create a problem?

Yes, my wife got Tier 2 General visa and I am planning to move to Tier 2 General dependent.

I am only concerned from the date in COS and can I apply my visa before that?

The CoS is not relevant to your dependent application. Presumably if you had applied together overseas, it would not have been held against you.

Simply apply if you meet the requirements once she is back in the UK.
