certificate of travel with restrictions

hello everyone I'm a family of 4 recently i got my status of 2.5 years after refusal of asylum and several appeals .i applied for certificate of travel for myself and family which in total costed me £1000 after waiting of over 70 days i received it with a restriction of travel to country of origin only although i don't have any travel restrictions on our visa.
I don't know what to do as home office is not helpful at all.

Are you a single parent with four kids or a couple with two children? And what was the basis of your asylum claim? because that does raises reason for restrictions.
