6 Months Family Permit, NOW what Next Please

Hi there ppl,

I could do with your advice abd guild.

So got my Family Permit 6 months and am now in UK, my other half is British so I've read that I'll need to apply for my 5 years using a some paper form or something like that.

So Please how do I get a paper form?

How long does it take to arrive?

Once I fill it in and send back to them, how long would it take them to issue the 5 years ?

What are the documents I'll need to send with the form?

What would I be issue with? Residence Card Or Leave To Main
