Spouse visa ext. Source for cohabitation

Post by Saadat_Irfan » Mon Aug 05, 2019 11:21 am

Hi all,

Hopefully a quick question for someone with experience and knowledge to answer please.

I will be submitting my wife's spouse visa extension next month. Re supporting documents for cohabitation, my wife and I have joint accounts with a bank and an energy providing company. With the bank we have a current account as well as a Savings account, similarly we have a gas and an electricity account together. We receive statements for all 4 accounts each month. My question is do these consider as 4 separate proofs? Getting confused now as the "source" for both current and savings account, as well as gas and electricity accounts are the same?

Many thanks in advance,

Yes 4.

Current account

Saving account

Gas account

Electricity account.

You need 2 more if jointly addressed or 4 more if individually addressed.

Proof for owning a property for FLR(M)

Post by Saadat_Irfan » Mon Aug 12, 2019 1:07 pm

Hi,

I am submitting my wife's spouse visa extension shortly. I own a house with mortgage. What documents do i need to submit regarding that? I have a "Title Land Registry" online generated document which was provided to me at the time of purchase (dated March 2017). Will this work or do i need another one which has a "latest" date?

Also, is there anything else that is mandatory in this category (like house inspection report done by an official or a Mortgage account statement covering x years)?

Thanks for your responses in advance!

Apologies, i don't know how my 'new' topic was added to the previous one! Hence i had to re-create it.

Anyway, if someone could please confirm about the above, that'd be really great!

Thanks

Preferably get the latest dated land registry and mortgage statement. Also attach council tax. If there is no none-related adult living then property inspection report isn't needed.
