Helping and satisfying a future constituent (voter) and their family members who may already be constituents with voting rights. Also as a lawful resident of their constituency they have responsibility towards yourself as well. You may not own a property, but one can you are renting one, hence benefiting a landlord who is a homeowner and possibly voter in their constituency. There are many ways to look at this. No reason to be shy, I doubt your MP will be discourteous.whitesun21 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 30, 2019 9:59 amHi all I have a question for those who’s already e mailed or contacted their MPs. I don’t vote nor do I own a house in my borough, so what are the basis, guidelines or structure point towards requesting their intervention?
I have the same problem. I couldn't supply them with my ex-spouse's current ID,s o I attached only a copy of the expired one and the EU registration certificate EU citizens get when they apply for EEA1. Mine was done over a week ago, and since then, haven't heard anything back.asadaqeel wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 11:37 amHi All,
Below is my timeline:
Eu Settlement Scheme Application: 20/06/2019
Biometrics: 08/07/2019 - Manchester paid £100
COA: 19/07/2019 (10:13 AM)
Email received for further proof of my residence and my wifes ID : 26/07/2019
Emailed back with my residence proof but my wife's ID was expired and my wife is not cooperating with me. for her fresh ID. : 02/08/2019.
Is that going to be a problem. I explained in the email we were seperted 6 months ago.

If the HO requires you to send them some documents, it is done in the email, and in my case, they asked me to send them my sponsor's valid ID. They directed either I post to them or scan and attach in the email when I replyasadaqeel wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2019 3:53 pmHi what did they say in the email ?daddyzico wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2019 3:22 pmThey emailed measadaqeel wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2019 2:16 pmHi did you hear anything from HO ?daddyzico wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 1:17 pm

They emailed me aswell , i replied with expired ID as we are seperated and she is not cooperating.
Same here(expired ID), however, I added another ID in the form of the EEA Registration certificate(card), the blue card EU national get from the HO when their rights are confirmed. I believe with that added evidence, the settlement teams recognises the ex is indeed an EU citizen.asadaqeel wrote: ↑Mon Aug 05, 2019 4:45 pmThey emailed me aswell , i replied with expired ID as we are seperated and she is not cooperating.
