EEA PR help

Post by TT2345 » Tue Aug 06, 2019 1:52 pm

Hi guys,
I have applied for EEA PR and have received COA on May 24. However, have not heard anything from UKBA since May. It’s been two month and something now and really worrying. Does anyone have the similar situation?

I don't see anything wrong. Check the time lines posts. PR application takes time.

For my wife, they took the money, issued a COA and we didn't hear from them for 5 months when we sent the PR. So 2 months, I am not surprised.

Oh thanks. My solicitor says that we should wait as it’s nothing we can do right now.

Yes, he is right. There is nothing you can do and there is nothing abnormal. It can take up to 6 months and they really mean 6 months. If you are lucky you get it in less but most often then not, you will pass the 4/5 months mark before hearing from them.
