Doubt about reapplication once EC is rejected

Post by heavymetal » Fri Jul 11, 2008 2:21 am

Hi,

MY EC got rejected and they have retained all my docs expect passport anticipating that I may go for an admin review. I don't want to go fo admin review., but I want to reapply.

Can I reapply with new application and fees when the documents are still with BHC? Or, should I ask for all documents to be returned and then reapply. Please advise.

Ask for your documents to be returned and re-apply afresh.

Once bitten, twice shy! You don't want to goof-up this time nor do you want them to goof-up either for any reason. So get all documents together, make sure you follow the guidance strictly, and apply for EC again.

My personal opinion.
