I'm failed asylum seeker since 2002

my case is considered as a legacy case

I have the address of my team resolution directorate who's dealing with my case.


I'm married to British citizen. I have 1 son 4 years old British citizen too

I've got an outstanding fresh human right claim with no reply so far.

being from Algeria does it affect the decision on my legacy case?
