No Naveed certainly not and please dont ask why.............. Any Pakistani Masters claims for 15 points only................
There are lot of reasons for this, and NARIC may define you very well.

I do not agree with you. NARIC has validated my master degree as UK equivalent since I have 18 years of education including 6 six after FSc.

Seems you got your assessment recently. But still i am not satisfied. If you got a 4 years degree in some discipline and another 2 years in other discipline, how will you justify??? Do you think if a person did MA LLB he should claim 25 marks instead of 15 ???
Suggestions from any other who experience NARIC.

MARIC is least bother about the discipline of education. It is problem of University or authority granting admission. If anyone holds a master degree after a professional graduate degree, means he is eligible for the that particular master degree program. Why do the most Engineer do MBA after their graduation....my dear there is always a relevany of professional degree in Technology with MBA.....

This is what we think normaly, but NARIC assessment does matter here for HSMP. What i wrote is totally i got from this board for a period of more than a year. You may search a lot of evidences on the board regarding to my wordings.
Most of the candidates applied with this vision what you wrote but, they got refused and awarded only 15 points. We could not evaluate the real situation as our approval letters did not show the marks we could gain. So, be clear for your own sake.
