From 29th March 2019 two additional things are needed:
1) Director job/role description
2) Employee job role description

When i applied my initial visa of Ent. I gave my job rule and description. Shall i use that job rule and description or amend them as according to business requirements???

Yes you must give a brief description of the goods or services ur business provides, the directors role in day to day activities and a brief description of the jobs performed by the employees..
