Hi,
What is the timeline by which the HO updates the decision for RCOS request submitted on 5th August 2019?
Regards
Did HO ask for more documents in your case?
Based on what I have read of previous threads,
1. Allocations are done on rolling basis and continue till 23rd or 24th of the month
2. Incase additional information was asked, there is a possibility of the process taking more time
3. Many times the sponsor takes couple of days for internal approvals before sending the email
PS: Even I am awaiting a response from my sponsor at 65 points.
Thank you so much for the information. But I have no visibility on the process as this is handled by my employer internally. However, I will get in touch with them today and ask for more information.

Mine still indicates "under review" ,Not sure what this means. They haven't asked for more info from my employer.

There is no such systems for you to check. Contact your sponsor.

What are the chances of RCoS from big branded companies getting rejected?
Is there anyone here who got offers from such big companies and the RCoS got rejected or delayed ?
Any info would be highly appreciated please.

I think your sponsor would be able to clarify the status. However many firms take some days after the allocation date to share the COS.

I contacted my employer, they said the application is under review. Any idea when the results get decided for applications being under review?

Got mine yesterday! approximately 42 points i believe.
I have been on a crazy journey getting this RCoS...my application was initially submitted in Feb 2019 where it was set to the processing stage within a few days....stayed as processing until the application expired 6 months later. Home office had no idea what happened and said that my application must have been forgotten...we had called and asked several times but during the time they refused to give us any updates. Only when the application expired did they say we don't know what happened and recommend you apply again. My sponsor did another job posting and labour market test in july and applied august 1st and Finally got the CoS yesterday.
Best of luck to all that are waiting (my situation was very rare they said)

Guys just wanted to confirm that I just got allocated a restricted soc CoS.
My application was done last month, HO had asked for few documents which we submitted on 25th July.
In response we got a confirmation that they have deffered it to be looked at this month.
The CoS was allocated yesterday i got confirmation from HR today.
All the best for people who are still waiting.

How many points?
Also it has been posted on gov.uk site that applications with minimum 40 points were successful that means in August also will it be applicable?

Thank you so much for the information. My sponsor submitted the documents on 09th August to HO. I guess we just need to wait.
5th is the cut off date for applying for that month's allocation. So yours will be processed in Sep'19 allocation meeting which will happen on 11th Sep'19, unless your employer applied for urgent allocation in this month itself.

Hi All,
My application got rejected today. The reason is my employer was paying 17.61 GBP per hour and according to SOC code, the minimum salary was at 17.70 GBP per hour. The company did not pay attention to the hourly rate. Now the employer will resubmit the application with a revised salary. Do the employer need to start the process from fresh??? or the employer can submit the same application with a revised salary rate?
Please advise.

I believe it now goes into the September meeting. However, what exactly did the RLMT say for salary??

The RLMT said competitive salary and didn't disclose any salary band.
Do they need to start the process from scratch? or they can just revise the COS details and apply again?

Depends how old the RLMT is.

The rlmt is 1 month old. They started in June 2019 and it meets all the requirement.
Can they just revise the COS details and submit the application?

I was under the impression my application for rcos was submitted by my employer last month but now I am being asked for my updated cv by the hr. any idea where in the process I would possibly be standing at this point? I reckon they have completed the rlmt from the last communication from the hr.

In my case- they asked for my current Job description including roles and responsibilities as that was asked by Home office. Might be they have been approached by home office asking for more documents.
