Tier 2 CoS Use By date

Hi Team,

My organisation recetly got a CoS allocated and assigned to me.

The CoS expiry (use by) date is 14th Nov 2019.
I am already in UK and would have to travel to my home country for applying for tier 2 gen visa.

Due to project critical work my organisation is looking if I can apply in Dec. My organisation and I both are checking if we can in any way extend the expiry date by 20 days without needing to apply for a new CoS.

Any help here would be great.

A cos is valid for 3 months and must be used within that time. If you don't, they need to apply for a cos again.
