Got approval, now what?

Hi All

I applied for HSMP from outside of the UK quite a while ago. I have since arrived in the UK on a working holidaymaker visa.

I've just been notified that my HSMP application has been approved, but I'm not sure what to do next. I gather there's a leave to remain form, but which one, and how do i find it?

Any help would be much appreciated.
