ILR Entitlements to travel to other countries?

Hi there,

I was told that if one has UK ILR, he/she can travel to places such as Switzerland and Hong Kong without the need to apply for separate visas (assuming there was a need to do so with that person's nationality).

Does anyone know whether there are other countries that would also allow UK ILR holder to travel there visa free?
