Entrepreneur ILR but applying on 10 years basis

Dear members,

My wife is eligible for ILR on entr tier1 + 10 years basis. My query is-

We are planning to use 10 years route do I need to submit documents like. CAR, two employed proofs & business related docs with other mandatory 10 year documents.

Help is much appreciated.
