Application not been straightforward

Hello there

I am starting this new topic for those who receieved email from UKVI that "processing of your application has not been straight forward"

Can we all share timelines in regard to that email please.

My time line is as follows

5th Aug 2109 Application submitted
6th Aug 2019 Visited VFS Office Islamabad and did my biometrics along with submission of scanned documents
19th Aug 2019 Received email from UKVI about not straightforward apllication and they need more time to decide application
29th Aug 2019 Contacted UKVi via phone call about escalation of my application and been told that i will get response with 15 working days
Rest is just wait

It is a generic email sent when applications will take a bit longer than usual.
