Applying ILR Online before the 28 days

Hi everybody I’m a bit confused
I enter the uk on the 25 /9/2014
I submitted my application on the 28/8/2019
And got my appointment on the same day 28/8/2019
And I didn’t receive any email for 2 days now is that gonna be a problem.is anybody been in this situation before.
By the way I’m set m 5 years route

I applied or My wife on Tuesday 27th August by Super priority and still didn't receive any thing.
and I don't know what to Do?
