So what do you suggest shall I apply if the issue is still ongoing or shall I wait and resolve it or just pay and apply regardless of calculation ?
1. Apply regardless as soon as ur eligible to.
2. Discuss with ur payroll why is there a discrepancy.
3. Pay it off for now and resolve with HMRC later. The good thing abt institutions in this country is that they are fair. If you over pay they adjust it or refund it..
4. It’s not something very important to delay ur application.. you can see in my case.

i would suggest pay it and do your calculations later. if there is something that needs to be adjusted it can always be done at later stage. better its HMRC that owes you money not you owing HMRC.

Pay and just go ahead with your application. They won’t owe you eventually.

Thanks guys for your responses, I am also thinking the same just pay and start the application and will deal this matter and calculation later with them as I am sure there is some discrepancy on either side will check it later once I apply.

Hi Guys,

Just a quick one, I got a business bank confirmation letter from branch however they didn't print on colored letterhead and even didn't sign as well they said there is an electronic stamped therefore no need to sign.

Would it be ok ? if I submit this letter

A bank confirmation is just one of the documents to verify business registration. I think you’ll be fine.
Not sure but I think the application stays active for atleast 6 or 8 weeks..

How soon you can get an appointment depends on where you are and what type of centre you have opted for.

There is NO priority service for Tier 1 Ent. You only have standard service and it takes anywhere from 3 months or more.

Thanks Aman for your response, what if your PAYE is underpaid or missed the payment as I HMRC told that I'm underpaid or missed few payments which I am in talking with them they said accountant need to call us we will check if there is any discrepency in our system or you missed few payments.

My question is can I submit my ILR application while I am resolving this issue with hmrc or shall I resovle this issue and then apply. Please advise
I had the exact same issue a year before ILR.
I didn’t resolve it. Discussed it with accountant.. coz he was the one who calculated how much I was supposed to pay each month. According to him he did the correct calculation and HMRC had the incorrect figures and it’s common practice for them to do such 🤷🏻‍♀️.
Anyways I was happy to pay it even if I didn’t owe HMRC anything. I didn’t.
Hi Aman,

My accountant gone through the PAYE account and said there is discrenpency you are not that much under paid we need to talk them and ask them to correct their records, further he suggested don't dealy your application apply it as hmrc payments doesn't impact your ilr or any visa application. Is that correct ? should I apply ?

Date of appointment is the date you submit and pay online. Your supporting documents must be dated on or before this date.

Once you pay and before you are redirected to UKVCAS for biometrics appointment.. you’ll reach a page which allows you to download..
tier11417 can confirm.

You must ensure whatever rate you state conforms to national minimum wage.
To find rate.. divide total salary with 130hrs of recent payslip that ur submitting.

1) You get a link to download the consent form while you are filling the application. Some applicants miss that. However, you will also get a link to download AFTER you pay and submit your application that will be STEP 7 of the application i.e. “the further actions page.”

2) You must declare all wage rate changes. Some moderators are of the view that each wage rate change should be declared as a new period of employment. However, I just mentioned the latest one in the online form and mentioned the previous wage rate/s changes in the cover letter.

3) Mention the country visa refused and then state the exact refusal years in the reason section e.g. 2001,2003,2005,2007 etc

However, I just mentioned the latest one in the online form and mentioned the previous wage rate/s changes in the cover letter. Do i really need to mention this as I think it will make complications as they must know that hours are increasing so rate is increasing and one employee is getting minimum wage rate which was changed in April as per the law so I think they should know that rated changed due to Govt rate change in April

3) Mention the country visa refused and then state the exact refusal years in the reason section e.g. 2001,2003,2005,2007 etc Thanks
